umm i think i need to make the US paypal( i put Malaysia) is it possible for global, no credit card and pure free..
You can just make U.S paypal,
All these methods are completely free.
If you would like I could post a few links of sites to do surveys on that give you free domains, yet surveys are usually not what people are looking for.

Yeah most people would already have a us paypal.
